Traditional CMBS - $7,600,000 Private Equity. Raw Land Purchase. Land purchase
with no money down including a seller-carried second in Brownsville, Texas. A development
loan will follow on a total of 220 acres.
- $5,200,000 CMBS Refinance. Traditional CMBS office and retail center in Houston.
- $2,000,000 Private Equity. Restaurant. Bankruptcy proceedings cut out every local
lender. We funded this single-tenant restaurant purchase that facilitated a simultaneous
closing allowing the client to turn a quick profit and emerge from bankruptcy in
San Antonio, Texas.
- $5,500,000 Construction to Permanent. Medical Office. 32,000 square feet of
Class A medical offices in the heart of Corpus Christi, Texas.
