Blue Wave Capital, LLC is a full service commercial mortgage brokerage that specializes in creative and quick solutions for your financing needs.  We provide financing throughout the State of Texas but will lend throughout the country and in Mexico.

Our primary focus is to bring to the marketplace short-term financing for situations that need immediate funding.  Typically, these scenarios are either problem solving or opportunity facilitating in nature.  Our loans provide a bridge for our borrowers to acquire a property and then position it for either refinancing or a sale.  By bypassing all possible impediments, we are able to deliver a faster closing.  We take pride in our relationships and our efficiency in closing.
