commercial mortgage brokerage based in Austin, Texas. We specialize in providing
alternative sources of capital for real estate developers, investors, and brokers
that do not meet traditional bank underwriting guidelines. Our sources are
national and in some cases international, both public and private and allow us to
offer financing options not otherwise available to our clients.

President
Allan has been a leading innovator and implementation expert in the financial software services industry for the past 10 years. His background ranges from business development to project management for many Fortune 500 companies as well as public and non-profit entities. Allan's passion for finance led him back to school where he recently earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduation, Allan joined the Blue Wave Capital team and now manages all aspects of the commercial loan process and ensure that our clients receive the best real estate financing possible to meet the demands of today's complex real estate transactions.
