commercial mortgage brokerage based in Austin, Texas. We specialize in providing
alternative sources of capital for real estate developers, investors, and brokers
that do not meet traditional bank underwriting guidelines. Our sources are
national and in some cases international, both public and private and allow us to
offer financing options not otherwise available to our clients.
Jerry Rios
Jerry Rios is the founder and principal of Blue Wave Capital,
LLC.
Mr. Rios began his career in the mortgage business in 1999 originating residential
loans in Corpus Christi, Texas. In 2004, Mr. Rios became a Texas Mortgage
Broker and shifted the primary focus of the company to commercial real estate
lending and private equity funding. Through strategic alliances with local
lawyers, accountants, brokers, and regional banks, Blue Wave Capital, LLC provides
conventional and creative real estate financing to meet the demands of today's complex
real estate transactions.
We arrange commercial real estate loans, provide seed capital for promising commercial
projects, and advise clients on various developments ranging from residential subdivisions
to mixed-use, retail, and light industrial ventures throughout United States.
